Shipment Verification Documents
1. Personal Domestic Shipments
Sender Government ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) for address verification during pickup.
2. Commercial & B2B Shipments
GST Invoice / Delivery Challan copy attached to the parcel box, along with E-Way Bill for invoice value exceeding ₹50,000.
3. International Shipments
KYC documents, Commercial Proforma Invoice (3 copies), Packing List, and CSB-IV/V Customs Declaration form.
